Pete and Tom On Song (Pete Nugent and Tom O'Brien) returned to music in 2019. They have been releasing singles since then, recording at Floodplain Studios in Clontarf with Graham Watson engineering, co-producing and mastering. They have also returned to playing gigs either as a duo or with guest musicians, Alex Cris and Ciaran O'Sullivan. Their music has garnered radio play not only in Ireland but also in Britain, the US, Australia, Holland and many more far-flung places.
Pete and Tom revel in the discipline required to conjure up magical, evocative melodies within the three minute pop song structure. However, with each new recording they try to find something new and inventive to grab the listener.
